The web, explained simply by Djally.01 What is hosting?＋
It’s your website’s home on the internet: the space where its pages and images are stored so visitors can access them. The cost covers that space and the resources needed to keep it running.
02 Why pay for maintenance?＋
Like business premises, a website needs upkeep. Updates, backups and regular checks reduce the risk of outages and security issues. You pay for the time and ongoing care needed to keep it in good shape, within the package we agree on.
03 What about the domain name?＋
It’s your website’s address, like webeaz.ch. It usually renews each year. It’s separate from hosting: one is the address, the other is the premises.
04 Do I own my website?＋
Yes. Once the project is paid for and delivered, you receive access to your website. I explain how to manage it. You choose the support you need, under the terms we agree together.
